Caroline’s relative kindly named it Troika; she designed all the pots and the original decoration , inspired by the birth of their daughter and a glass vase her mother, Peggy Frank (artist) had given her. Leslie cast the pots.
After the marriage dissolved she worked drawing portraits. In 1985 she was curator of Custom House Gallery also drawing portraits and painting. Later, with a grant from The Royal Academy, she exhibited in various galleries including Leon Suddaby’s, Imanuel’s, The Arts Club, Island Gallery & Artprice Website.
In 1995 she married Anthony Barnett and now works in her studio on the outskirts of beautiful St.Ives. She also enjoys writing poetry and some have been published. Using acrylics, oils and watercolours she does portraits, local views, flowers and designs - and some ceramics as well.
